This page is dedicated to the memory of our friends and fellow dancers who have left us recently some joy in our memories and some motivation to treat our own mortality with more respect, but never an answer as to ‘why’ that will satisfy our curiosity. ‘Time’ is an elusive element whose measurement while incremental, can’t be negotiated. We can only hope to share the time we have, with those we love, in such a way as to feel proud and fortunate for the opportunity to have done it together.

Walter Ricks Memorial

Once again time has claimed another of our dance friends. Walter Ricks competed in events all around the country, predominately in Masters Divisions. He was a personal friend & photographer for Skippy Blair, attended our NYE event every year and had it scheduled again already for this year, but sadly he passed away at home this Fri, he was recovering from cancer of the bladder surgery.
