Personal Mini Lessons a Success!

Last weeks first Session of Personal Mini-Lessons went very well and it was great to have a chance to work with everybody one on one. A lot of important points were covered with everybody and I hope you all practice what we did.

The next PML Session will be on Dec. 15th and I am signing people up now. The 3 people who were unable to take one have spots locked up so there are only 6 spots left available for those interested.

*** As described previously, they are 3 song (approx. 15 minute), private lessons to work on whatever you may want, but more about what you may ‘need’. Not limited to WCS, the time will be to either quickly analyze, evaluate and correct current techniques, or make your basics better, work on lead & follow, turns, a new ‘play’, syncopations, body lines & isolation movements for breaks and styling, or maybe just learning a new move. $10. first-timers, $15. after that.

I highly recommend trying this approach to add to learning your dancing. I think you’ll find it very beneficial and it’s an inexpensive way to target your needs and get you what you need to work on a little at a time. Of course it’s up to YOU to then use the info and practice. Dancers dance. We do it for a lot of different reasons but we all find that the better we do it, the more fun we have. And wouldn’t we get bored if we ever got to the point where we were as good as we ever could be? That’s one of the great things about Dance. It’s a constant self improvement exercise but one that’s fun as well as healthy both physically and mentally and the results are felt all along the way, in many ways.
